Taking sips of water throughout the day will not only keep you hydrated, but help to fill you up & prevent over-snacking. When you feel like having a snack, take a sip of water first, wait 10 minutes, and then see if you are still hungry. Chances are that you were actually thirsty, not hungry to start with
#2. Invest in a George Foreman
Honestly, this can be a life saver! The George Foreman Grill provides quick & easy preparation of foods such as chicken, fish or fish cakes, and vegetables (including zucchini, carrot, capsicum, asparagus & mushrooms) in seconds, saving time cooking. Of course, with the added benefit of cutting out up to 42% fat from meats. And don’t forget, you can still make your bread toasties!

Coat sliced potato, sweet potato, zucchini, carrot, mushrooms, asparagus etc. with some cooking oil, add spices (ie. rosemary, thyme, sage) and toss in a roasting pan. Roast on a high shelf for about 35-40 minutes at 427°F (220°C)
